I got to this spot by virtue of a spontaneous decision to climb down 3500 steps down the hills in Northeastern India. The lush green landscape with hidden rivers rushing through made the atmosphere very dreamy and surreal. The bridges pictured are very unique - they are made out of living roots of trees. Yes, they are alive and still growing. And the bridges are some of the strongest in the area. One can dance, jump, run and it won’t shake an inch. Amazing engineering by nature.
