My partner and I lived in San Cristobal de las Casas, a beautiful colonial town in Chiapas Mexico for a couple months. One day they set up these umbrellas down a colorful pathway right next to a coffee shop that we would always work at. I had seen something similar years ago from a street in Barcelona that I always wanted to visit just to see them from below. I’m surprised by how something so simple adds so much flair to a city. I hope they never take them down.
