I was filming for an avant-garde film project while on spring break with my boyfriend, in Austin, Texas. This was taken at the turtle pond on the University of Texas at Austin’s campus. It’s special to me because the film I finally made associated these turtles, and the tranquility of the water and their swimming, to my relationship with my boyfriend.
