Visiting my Italian friend on Malta, I went to see the famous Dingli Cliffs on the western side of the island. There were a couple of benches outlooking directly onto the seemingly limitless sea. I decided to have a sit and just let my thoughts flow freely. It was such a liberating moment, being alone just with yourself, your thought and the nature surrounding you.
