The white tail doe, foraging along the roadside as I traveled the back-roads around Tobin Lake, Saskatchewan, was as intrigued with watching me as I was in photographing her. Seeing these deer in remote areas where they show little fear towards passing cars, is a drastic contrast from those that journey through the fields along the highways, crossing roads in a state of panic.
