Herbal flowers. Fresh and white in my home garden. Lovely aniseed fragrance. We like these white flowers showing up brightly against the backdrop of our red fence and the fresh green leaves of the same plant. This is a fun plant to have in your garden, but it does spread its seeds widely. So, we always cut the seed pods from the plant before they open fully. It’s a good way to control its enthusiasm and bid for a garden takeover. Also, when you cut this plant you are always greeted with a wonderful aniseed scent. It looks like snow the flowers are so tiny. Lovely to see each year.
