Marble sculpture titled "Caïn venant de tuer son frère Abel" by sculptor Henri Vidal from 1896. It is translated as "Cain coming from killing his brother Abel" and is based on the Bible's book of Genesis. This sculpture is located in the beautiful Jardin des Tuileries, the gardens adjacent to the magnificent Louvre Museum. I was blessed to have taken this photo in the spring with the beautiful pink blossoms in the background.
