I snagged the last camping spot at Turquoise Lake outside Leadville, CO on Labor Day weekend. I had a rare 48 hours to unplug, flyfish, and spend a solo night on the lake before heading home to my wife and daughter. I sat in this spot for an hour at sunset, made dinner, then returned to smoke a cigar, sip bourbon, and watch the stars on the water for another two hours.
