Roasted nectarines with crushed hobnob biscuits, whipped cream and honey. This is a very simple dessert to make with the exception of removing the stone from the nectarine. If you don’t have hobnobs, or can’t get them, substitute with another oaty biscuit. The honey is orange blossom honey so adds an extra flavour. This is a modified version of the recipe that can be found in the BBC Good food Simple Suppers cookbook.
