Lake Louise in Banff National Park more often is shot during summer. With its crystal clear aqua colored water and massive mountains behind, it is quite the sight. I went in winter on a foggy, overcast day with the lake snow covered. A bit different of a photo. Usually on dreary days I use slide film and cross process it to get a different color hue of the image. This FujiChrome Velvia 50 turns a bit toward the blue green in it color cast after processing. And it kind of accentuates the frigid beauty of the lake in snow.
